AttachmentStyle.com content and courses are for informational and educational purposes only. Our website and products are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical and/or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nothing here is a diagnosis. The quiz is a self-assessment, not a clinical instrument, and the result is a starting point for thinking about your own patterns, not a label. If you are struggling, please reach out to a licensed provider. In a crisis, contact your local emergency services.

The quiz is free

You can take the quiz and read your result without paying and without making an account. We do not require a card to see what your result is.

The subscription, and what it costs

The paid product is a monthly subscription that opens the member area: the moments tool, the guided sessions, your path, the audio library and everything saved in your pocket.

• The free trial is 7 days. You give a card to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial.
• It renews automatically at $9 per month, plus tax where it applies. The first charge happens at the end of the free trial, and then on the same day each month afterwards, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time, including during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged anything at all.

By starting the trial you are authorizing these recurring charges to the payment method you give us. Your exact renewal date is shown to you when you start, and again in your account.

How to cancel

Open the You tab in your account and choose Manage subscription. That opens your billing page, where cancelling is one button. You do not have to email us, call anyone, or explain yourself.

Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the member area closes. Nothing you saved is deleted when it does, so resubscribing picks up where you left off.

If you cannot get to the billing page for any reason, email attachmentstyle@fastmail.com and we will cancel it for you.

Refunds

We do not refund partial months, because cancelling leaves your access open until the period ends rather than cutting it short.

That said: if you were charged by mistake, or you meant to cancel and forgot and have not used the month, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it. We would rather do that than keep money from somebody who does not want to be here.

Price changes

If we change the price of a subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before it affects you, and the new price only applies to renewals after that notice. You can cancel in the meantime and pay nothing more.

Your account

There is no password. Your account is created by the checkout, so the email address you pay with is your identity, and signing in on a new device means sending a one-time link to that address. Keep access to that inbox, and tell us if you think somebody else has it.

Your subscription is for you. Please do not share your sign-in links or your access with other people.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment itself, and your card statement will show a charge from us through them.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site and in the member area, including the writing, the illustrations, the audio and the design, belongs to AttachmentStyle.com and is protected by applicable law. Use it for your own personal reflection. Do not copy it, resell it, republish it, or use it to train a machine learning model, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no interfering with how it runs, no trying to reach parts of it you are not entitled to, no scraping it wholesale, and nothing unlawful. We can suspend or close an account that does. If we close a paid account for this reason, we will refund the unused part of the current month.

Availability

We work to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features over time. If we ever discontinue the subscription entirely, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AttachmentStyle.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and if a change materially affects a paying subscriber we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms.
